Bakkali is currently out in Holland playing for PSV Eindhoven, however the big spenders have been put on red alert as contract talks have broken down between Bakkali and PSV.

The young winger is the latest in a line of fresh Belgian talent and could soon be on his way to the Premier League.
He could be available for a cut-price fee as PSV may prefer to sell soon rather than lose him for nothing when his contract runs out in 12 months time.
